Why do we want this information?
The MyMayo portal will allow you to view information about your accounts and to conduct business with Mayo County Council electronically. By filling in your personal and business details now, we will be able to pre-fill most of the forms you will be submitting in future.
Contact details such as email, phone numbers and address are requested to make getting in touch with you easier. These will only be used in response to queries or requests for services or to provide you with information about your account or online services.
Your PPSN number is not needed at this time, but some Council forms require it. Providing it will also allow us to provide a clearer picture of your accounts to you in the near future.
In the near future, we plan to offer a business listing that will include business details, logo, etc. Business users have the option of opting in or out of this service by ticking the "Show info in Business Listing" box on your profile page.
Note that none of the information we collect will be shared with third parties not associated with Mayo County Council without your express permission.
